1. What age groups do you treat?
We work with children ages 1-21 and adults.
2. How do I know if my child or relative could benefit from speech therapy?
Children can benefit from therapy services if they have any of the following:
Not talking by 1.5 years old
Having difficulty producing sounds correctly
Stuttering
Not initiating conversations
Your child has been diagnosed with a disability such as Autism, Learning Disability, or Developmental Delay
Difficulty answering and asking questions
Difficulty following directions
Adults can benefit from therapy if they have any of the following;
History of a Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Brain Tumor, Alzheimer's Disease
Difficulty remembering routines and new information
Difficulty with word finding
Difficulty with stuttering
Difficulty with organizing and sequencing daily events

4. Where will evaluations and treatment be conducted?
Evaluations and treatment will be completed at my office, your home, or virtually.

6. What are your payment options?
We accept private pay and Maryland Medicad.
You are responsible for the fee at the time of service. You will be provided a claim form to submit to your insurance company after each session when requested.
Clients with copays or paying out-of-pocket must pay for treatment prior to services being provided.
7. Do I need an authorization form to have an evaluation and/or treatment completed?
All Medicaid recipients must have an authorization before receiving treatment. Private pay clients are not required to have an authorization, but it is highly recommended.
